# Dropola

> Dropola is the easiest way for guests to share photos and videos at any event.
> The host shares one QR code; guests scan it and every photo and video lands in
> one live, shared gallery — with no app to download and no account to create.
> Hosts keep every file in full, original quality.

## What it does
- One QR code per event; guests join by scanning it or entering a join code at https://dropola.com.
- Photos and videos upload straight from the phone browser — no app, no sign-up.
- A single live gallery fills up in real time and can be shown on a screen as a slideshow.
- Hosts can sort uploads into albums (e.g. Ceremony, Reception) and filter the gallery by type, album or guest — on every plan.
- Optional moderation lets the host approve uploads before they appear.
- Optional guestbook where guests leave written messages; hosts can export it as CSV or PDF — on every plan.
- Optional RSVP form (Going / Can't make it / Maybe) — available on every plan, including Free.
- Everything is stored in full, original quality. Hosts can download single files or a selection on any plan, or export the whole gallery as one ZIP on paid plans.
- The ZIP export contains the original files exactly as guests uploaded them — not compressed or downscaled copies. Guest voice messages are included.
- Photo booth mode turns a tablet or laptop at the venue into a self-service camera; each shot goes straight into the gallery (Pro and Premium plans).
- A collage editor turns chosen photos into one picture to print or post: grid, mosaic, feature or polaroid layouts; square, portrait (4:5), story (9:16) or landscape (3:2) sizes; photos can be repositioned inside their frames; an optional caption in one of eight fonts and an optional QR code that leads back to the event. Collages download as JPG or PNG, or open the phone's share sheet — on every plan.
- Uploads can close automatically at a set date and time (Pro and Premium plans).
- Guests can leave short voice messages for the host (Pro and Premium plans).
- Password protection and custom branding available on paid plans.
- Free planning tools inside the host account on every plan: event checklist, budget planner, guest list with RSVPs, and private notes.
