How Dropola works?
After the registration, you create an event and share the QR code with your guests. Your guests will scan a QR code to upload their photos and videos to your event. You can then view all the media in one place. No app or sign-up needed for the guests.
Do my guests need to download an app?
Nope! Dropola works right in their phone's browser. Just scan the QR code or open the shared link, and they can upload photos or videos instantly.
Do guests need to pay anything?
Not at all. Guests can upload their media for free. Only the event creator needs a Dropola account.
Can anyone upload to my event?
Only people with your unique QR code or link can upload. You stay in control of who has access.
How long are the files stored?
Media is stored securely for 30 days by default after the event ends. Premium options may offer longer storage in the future.
How do I create an event?
You can create an event by logging in by clicking the "Login/Register" button on the top right of the page. After the login, you can then create an event.
How do I share the event with my guests?
You can share the QR code by sending it to your guests via email, text message, or social media. Or you can print a welcome card with the QR code on it.
How do I download the media?
You can download the media by clicking the "Dashboard" button on the dashboard page. You can also download all media in one place by clicking the "Download all" button.
