Service Description
Dropola is an online platform that enables users to:
- Create Events: Set up digital events with custom names, dates, and descriptions
- Generate Sharing Links: Create unique QR codes and direct links for event sharing
- Collect Media: Allow guests to upload photos and videos to your events
- Manage Content: View, download, and organize uploaded media files
- Guestbook Feature: Collect messages and comments from event attendees
User Eligibility and Registration
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Account Termination

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Dropola. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:
- Store and display your content on our platform
- Process your content to provide our services
- Make your content available to event creators and guests as intended
Event Creator Rights
Event creators have the right to:
- View all content uploaded to their events
- Download and save uploaded media
- Delete any content from their events
- Manage event settings and access
Guest Content
Guests uploading content to events:
- Retain ownership of their uploaded content
- Grant event creators permission to view and download their content
- Can request removal of their content by contacting the event creator
- Are responsible for ensuring they have rights to share the content
Service Features and Limitations
Storage and Limits
- Event Duration: Events are automatically managed by event creators
- File Types: Supported formats include images and videos
- Storage: Total event storage is limited to 5GB per event
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
- Update features and functionality
- Implement security measures that may impact access
- Suspend service in case of technical issues
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
