Dropola for reunions
Everyone back together, and every photo in one place.
Family reunions, school reunions, the old team getting together for the first time in years. Everybody brings a phone and nobody brings a plan for the photos. Dropola collects them all in one shared gallery through a single QR code.
How it works
One QR code, from setup to memories.
Step 1
Send the code ahead
Add it to the invitation email or the reunion group, and print it for the welcome table. Anyone can scan it, no app or account needed.
Step 2
All the branches, all the tables
The cousins you haven't seen since you were kids, the class photo recreated twenty years later. Uploads arrive in one live gallery, and albums keep each branch or year group tidy.
Step 3
Everyone gets a copy
Share the gallery link afterwards so everyone can browse and download their favourites in full quality.
Why hosts choose Dropola
The photos are half the reason people come.
Reunions happen once every few years, so the photos matter more than usual. The trouble is they're spread across dozens of phones, in families and friend groups that don't share a group chat.
One QR code solves it. Guests scan it and upload photos and videos straight from their phone, without installing an app or creating an account. Relatives who live far away can add their own pictures from home too.
Sort uploads into albums for each family branch or class year, play the gallery as a slideshow during dinner, and keep the guestbook open for the people who want to write something down. When it's over, everyone leaves with the same set of memories.
What you get
Made for the moment, kept for good.
No one gets left out
It works on any phone with a camera, for any age. Even the least techy relative can manage it.
Organised by albums
Group photos by family, class or day so a big reunion stays easy to browse. Albums are on every plan.
Full-quality downloads
No compressed copies forwarded five times. Everyone can download the originals.
Common questions
Reunion photo sharing questions
Can people who couldn't come add photos?
Yes. Anyone with the link or code can upload, wherever they are, so old photos from home can join the ones from the day.
Can I separate photos by family or class year?
Yes. Create albums such as Mum's side, Dad's side or Class of 2006 and sort the uploads into them. Albums are included on every plan.
How long does the reunion gallery stay online?
A month on the free plan, six months on Pro and a full year on Premium. Download everything before then and the photos are yours to keep.
