Getting Started
1 Account Registration
Step 1: Click the "Login/Register" button in the top navigation
Step 2: Fill in your email address and create a secure password
Step 3: Confirm your password and click "Register"
Step 4: Check your email for a verification link
Step 5: Click the verification link to activate your account
2 Logging In
Step 1: Click "Login" in the top navigation
Step 2: Enter your email and password
Step 3: Click "Sign In" to access your dashboard
3 Profile Setup
Step 1: After logging in, click "Profile" in the navigation
Step 2: Add your first name, last name, and phone number
Step 3: Click "Update Profile" to save your information
Optional: Change your password using the "Change Password" section
Creating Events
1 Access Event Creation
Step 1: Log into your account and go to the Dashboard
Step 2: Click the "Create an Event" button
Step 3: A modal window will open with the event creation form
2 Fill Event Details
Event Name: Choose a descriptive name (e.g., "John & Emma's Wedding")
Event Date: Select the date when your event will take place
Description: Add a brief description that will be visible to guests
3 Create Your Event
Step 1: Review all the information you've entered
Step 2: Click "Start My Event" to create the event
Step 3: Your event will be created with a unique 6-character code
Step 4: You'll be redirected to your dashboard where you can see your new event
4 What Happens Next
- A unique QR code is generated for your event
- An upload page is created for guests to share photos and videos
- Storage space is allocated for your event files
- You can start customizing your event settings
Managing Events
1 Viewing Your Events
Dashboard: All your events are displayed on the main dashboard
Event Cards: Each event shows key information including:
- Event name and cover image
- Status (Active, Inactive, or Expired)
- Number of uploaded files
- Number of guestbook messages
- Storage usage
- Event code and dates
2 Editing Events
Step 1: Click the edit button (pencil icon) on any event card
Step 2: Modify the event details in the edit modal:
- Event Name: Change the display name
- Description: Update the event description
- Guestbook: Enable or disable guestbook functionality
- Event Status: Activate or deactivate the event
Step 3: Click "Save Changes" to update your event
3 Adding Event Cover Images
Step 1: Open the edit modal for your event
Step 2: Scroll to the "Event Cover Image" section
Step 3: Click "Choose File" and select an image
Step 4: Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, JPG, WebP
Step 5: Maximum file size: 5MB
Step 6: Click "Save Changes" to apply the cover image
4 Enabling/Disabling Events
Active Events: Guests can upload files and leave guestbook messages
Inactive Events: Guests cannot upload or leave messages, but you can still view and manage the event
To Change Status:
- Open the edit modal for your event
- Check or uncheck the "Event Active" option
- Click "Save Changes"
5 Deleting Events
Step 1: Click the delete button (trash icon) on the event card
Step 2: Confirm the deletion when prompted
Warning: This action cannot be undone and will permanently delete:
- All uploaded files
- All guestbook messages
- Event settings and data
File Uploads
1 How Guests Upload Files
Guests can upload files to your event through the dedicated upload page:
Step 1: Guests access the upload page via QR code, link, or event code
Step 2: They see your event name and description
Step 3: They select files to upload (photos and videos)
Step 4: They enter their name (optional but recommended)
Step 5: They click "Upload Files" to submit
2 Supported File Types
Your event accepts various file types:
- Images: All image formats supported by the browser
- Videos: All video formats supported by the browser
3 Managing Uploaded Files
As the event owner, you can manage all uploaded files:
Viewing Files:
- Click the "View" button on your event card
- Browse all uploaded files in a gallery view
- See file details including uploader name and timestamp
- Preview images and videos directly in the browser
Deleting Files:
- Click the trash icon on any file card
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
- Deleted files cannot be recovered
4 Storage Management
Storage Limits:
- Each event has 5GB of storage space
- Storage usage is displayed on your event card
- Progress bar shows how much space is used
- You'll be notified when approaching the limit
Managing Storage:
- Delete unnecessary files to free up space
- Download and backup important files
- Consider creating a new event if you need more space
Guestbook
1 Enabling Guestbook
Step 1: Edit your event settings
Step 2: Check the "Enable Guestbook" option
Step 3: Save your changes
Result: Guests will see a guestbook form on the upload page
2 How Guests Leave Messages
When guestbook is enabled, guests can leave messages:
Step 1: Guests access the event upload page
Step 2: They see the guestbook form alongside the upload form
Step 3: They enter their name
Step 4: They write their message
Step 5: They click "Submit Message"
3 Managing Guestbook Messages
Viewing Messages:
- Click "View" on your event card
- Scroll to the "Guestbook Messages" section
- Read all messages left by guests
- See guest names and timestamps
Deleting Messages:
- Click the trash icon on any message
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
- Deleted messages cannot be recovered
Exporting Messages:
- Click "Export Guestbook" button
- Download a PDF file with all messages
- Perfect for keeping a permanent record

- Enable Early: Turn on guestbook before sharing your event
- Encourage Participation: Mention the guestbook when sharing your event
- Moderate Content: Review and remove inappropriate messages

Downloads
1 Downloading Individual Files
Step 1: View your event details
Step 2: Find the file you want to download
Step 3: Click the download button (cloud arrow icon)
Step 4: The file will download to your device
2 Downloading All Files as ZIP
Step 1: View your event details
Step 2: Click "Download all as ZIP" button
Step 3: Wait for the ZIP file to be generated
Step 4: The ZIP file will download automatically
Step 5: Extract the ZIP file to access all your event files
3 Exporting Guestbook
Step 1: View your event details
Step 2: Scroll to the guestbook section
Step 3: Click "Export Guestbook" button
Step 4: A PDF file will be generated and downloaded
Step 5: The PDF contains all guestbook messages in a formatted layout

- Download files periodically during your event
